A Fortis development, The Magnolia Terraces are two and three storey homes that have been designed to pay homage to their surrounds through a contemporary lens, capturing the entirety of Woollahra’s classic beauty.

Ultra -luxurious and meticulously crafted, the interiors boast elegant proportions and divine detailing. Each space is functional and generous – while inviting landscaped surroundings provide a sense of seclusion and privacy.

Our brief was to design six high-end residential terraces inspired by the grandeur of Woollahra’s lifestyle. The homes were to feel both expansive and intimate, with a considered approach to set the standard for luxurious living. We aimed to create a delicate balance between sympathetic outcomes and new elements, using key details like ornate mouldings, fireplaces, and doorways fused with a modern palette of interior finishes.

A visionary team of world-class architects and designers, including MHNDU, Wyer & Co, and STAB Studio were all a part of the Woollahra Terrace Collection development.

A successful interior creates a delicate balance between historic and modern elements, and our designs encapsulate this. Everything within these premium terrace homes is of the highest quality, so they will stand the test of time.

For example, we inserted new steel into the existing balustrade to compliment the heritage stair detail.

European design classics sit comfortably in modern setting, blending the unexpected with the familiar to create the ultimate in liveability. The kitchens are also a design statement, with classical details such as the joinery and traditional cabinetry, juxtaposed with modern finishes and appliances.
